I applied through a reference and received a phone interview invitation. We talked through the interview, and I exhibited my thought process, but it was not enough, obviously. They stopped the recruiting process.
I was unlucky with the programming problem because it was about chess, and I've never played chess in my life. I had to ask a lot of questions to clarify the problem and ended up wasting a lot of time.
