Process
It usually takes more than eight weeks and follows these steps:
- Resume, cover letter, and referrals
- Online assessment (new graduates and interns only)
- Technical phone screen: one to two interviews
- Onsite interviews: four to six interviews
The interview process is long and well-guided, with many technical questions. I had to write programs in Python and C++. The questions were somewhat easy, however very tricky.
