I was contacted out of the blue by a Google recruiter, who found my resume on LinkedIn.
He tried to gauge my interests and see if I was interested. I was.
He then had his assistant contact me several days later. She set up a phone interview with a current Software Engineer.
They scheduled a 45-minute phone interview using a shared Google Doc.

How do you like it compared to your previous experience with PHP?
