A recruiter had reached out to me regarding the position, and we scheduled a technical phone interview.
On the day of the interview, the interviewer called me five minutes late. I was mentally ready to reschedule the phone interview at this point. However, I ended up taking the call.
A few minutes into the interview, the interviewer asked me to hold on for a couple of minutes and put me on hold. I lost crucial 7-8 minutes during a 45-minute coding interview.
