Recruited through a college career fair day, I had an initial screening phone call, followed by two 45-minute technical phone interviews using a Google Doc for coding.
The interviewer could not speak English very well, and I had a lot of trouble understanding his questions.
The next step in the process would have been to go on-site for four 45-minute whiteboard coding interviews.
