Recruited by a university recruiter, I had an initial 45-minute technical phone screening, followed by four onsite interviews with a lunch in between. They informed me of the decision, after the hiring committee reviewed the interviewers' feedback, five days later. Overall, it was a challenging but enjoyable process, depending on the recruiter you were assigned to.
