It was three rounds back-to-back of phone interviews.
Each one was exactly 45 minutes. The interviewers were very nice. In the last five minutes, I got to ask them a question.
Questions
Basic programming questions involving string manipulation, binary search, and tree traversals.

Pros: From my point of view, I have to see there are lots of pros: good food, good work-life balance, good benefits, and a good salary.
Cons: In my opinion, to be honest, the project a Googler focuses on is small. I think this is a common problem for big companies.

Pros: Cares about its employees a lot.
Employees are getting a lot of days off during the COVID era.
Cons: Not a lot of excitement. It's an established company where a lot of things have to go slowly because it impacts so many users.
