Process

Standard process: phone interview followed by an onsite.

The phone interview was easy, and the interviewer was very courteous and understanding.

Onsite was a mixed bag, consisting of 5 interviews and lunch.

My first interviewer had a medical problem, so he kept winking at me, which made me uncomfortable. I couldn't focus on the interview a lot.

My second, third, and fifth interviews were great.

My fourth interview had a newbie interviewing me, with a senior experienced engineer overseeing him. The new interviewer didn't explain things properly. The senior experienced engineer acted haughtily and muddled me even more, which left me very confused.

Overall, it was an okay experience. I guess luck really matters when it comes to interviews. I wasn't so lucky.
