A recruiter emailed me, then ghosted me for two weeks, and subsequently scheduled an interview for the next day.
The technical interview was not at all what I expected or was told by the recruiter, as it did not involve LeetCode-style problems.

Pros: The lifestyle is amazing. I've met an immense amount of people, made new friends, and had fun.
There is a lot of flexibility involved.
Cons: When working in teams, some people think they are on top of everyone and believe they're always right. It's not too much of an issue, though.
