Process
The process started with a phone screen, which was more difficult than expected. It lasted 45 minutes, and the interviewer was extremely nice and also very helpful.
It's hard to get any kind of read on them because it seems like they're told to only be positive and offer positive reinforcement. They always make you feel like you are doing well, which I guess is a good thing.
