I had my first easy phone screen with my recruiter, who was absolutely fantastic and very communicative throughout the process. I was borderline for my first technical phone interview, so my recruiter suggested I do another one. I passed my second technical phone interview and proceeded to the virtual on-sites. It was a very long day, and I could tell that I wasn't doing as well as I needed to be doing. I still had a good time and learned a lot. All of my interviewers were very friendly, kind, and helpful. Although I didn't pass the virtual onsites, I still had a great experience and I look forward to re-interviewing next year.
