Process
A general human resources interview was conducted over the phone. I was then provided with guidelines for the next interview. This was a more technical interview, also over the phone, followed by an online coding exercise through a shared file. The coding could be done using a language of my choice.

Pros: To repeat what I wrote before, the people I work for and work with here are very smart and confident people.
Cons: Sometimes, because it is such a big company, it is hard to be heard when you need to voice concerns or comments.

Pros: Free lunch and snacks are great, and the environment is very comfortable and approachable. One of the best places that I have ever worked at.
Cons: Nothing to complain about. Everything about the company was great and ran to perfection.
I would suggest everyone give Google a good look at them because they are a great company to work for.
