Pros: * Very competent/skilled coworkers.
* Good internal design culture, excellent development practices and tooling.
* Effective managers, relaxed atmosphere.
* Good compensation with pay for performance.
* Lots of internal visibility, tons of flexibility to switch roles, tons of options for things to work on.
* Compensation seems relatively well-calibrated with the industry/area.
Cons: * Very large company. Limited mobility, as top positions are already filled.
* Difficult promotion process, making it difficult for high performers to progress.
* Many positions are Bay Area only.
