Process
The interviewer seemed tired and uninterested in conducting the interview. After asking the initial question, they were reluctant to clarify other questions or discuss potential approaches. Awkward silences were allowed to persist, and no effort was made to make the process more comfortable.
As this was my first interview, the experience was jarring and made it difficult to concentrate.
