I interviewed at Google a few years ago.
The experience was overall very negative.
The recruiter was very slow to respond initially.
I finally had an on-site interview where I met with a few different engineers.
I thought I did well in 3 out of 4 interviews.
It took 10 days to get a response from the recruiter after the on-site, at which point I was told I wasn't being offered the position.
Overall, the process was just way too slow, and communication from recruiters was very poor.
