Process
The process began with an HR interview.
Once I passed that stage, I was provided with the materials needed to prepare for the technical interview and was given a choice of when to schedule it.
The technical interview involved a problem on sparse matrices. The interviewer seemed relatively disinterested in engaging in a conversation or seeking insight into my decision-making process for solving the problem.
