Three technical interviews focused on medium/hard LeetCode-style questions and one behavioral interview.
Some interviewers were friendly, but a couple were not. Several interviews had to be rescheduled because the interviewer did not show up.

Pros: The reputation of the company is great, and so is the free food.
Cons: This is no longer a startup. You can't expect to go to Google these days and become a millionaire. As some reviewers have said, there is basically no room for advancement, so it is a dead-end job. They do discriminate by schools. Say if you attended Arizona State, you would get paid $20k less than the same person graduating from Berkeley or Stanford. It is pretty ridiculous like that.
