The interview process included:
- 2 technical phone interviews
- 1 on-site interview, consisting of 4 interviews.
The first technical phone interview was easy. The second was medium-hard (based on LeetCode).
The 4 on-site interviews varied from medium to hard.
Overall, it was a good interview experience with good recruiters, etc.

Pros: Great salary, superb benefits, an amazing environment with everything to support your well-being.
Cons: In Taiwan, everything we do at Google works for consumer devices, hardware in the data centers, or chips. There are really few pure software engineering options. This can be both a pro and a con, business-wise, I would say. Often, a new hire would be disappointed in finding this truth after a few months working here.
