My candidacy for full-time was considered based on feedback from my internship, as well as from two interviews conducted during that period.
Overall, while I believe Google is a good place to work, I am more excited about working somewhere smaller, at least for the time being. I accepted an offer instead at a startup (200-some people) where I felt more connected to everyone during the interviewing process.
