Process
Intern Exit Interview:
This interview process will consist of two rounds. The intern can schedule these interviews around the end of their internship. The results of the interviews will be factored into the final decision of conversion.
Each round will be a 45-minute technical coding question, with potential follow-ups. This will be in a whiteboard format.
After the interviews, 2-4 weeks are needed for debrief and several more weeks for team selection.
