Contacted through a recruiter on LinkedIn, who gave me a pretty good idea of what to expect in the interviews.
Didn't prepare enough for the phone screen, so I didn't make it to the next round. The interviewer had zero personality or interest in my background. The questions were generic.
The recruiter was nice enough to call me after to break the news. No hard feelings on my end, as I really should have prepared more.
