Google reached out to me after finding my resume in the GHC resume database. The process took around two weeks.

I had two phone interviews while coding on a Google Doc before receiving an offer. They were very quick to get back to me.

• The first interview involved a brief "tell me about yourself" section before diving straight into coding.
• The second interview was entirely coding-focused.

Both interviewers were very good and responsive. The phone interviews were back to back.

I did find it strange that I was never asked to do an on-site interview.
