I was contacted via email initially to set up a phone screen. The HR person was very nice and welcoming, and the phone screen consisted of basic questions about my interests. She scheduled a technical phone interview for a month after our call.
When the date for the technical phone interview arrived, there was a mix-up with the time, and my original interviewer was unavailable. They had to reschedule me for a couple of weeks later, which was very frustrating.
Finally, I had my technical interview. The interviewer did not seem interested in me at all and jumped right into the technical question. It was challenging to do on the spot, and although I made minor mistakes, I felt I showed my thinking style. I did not move forward.
I was asked a basic challenge problem and had to program in the language of my choice.
