Software Engineer, University Graduate Interview Experience

Process

Applied online. The recruiter exhibited a very unprofessional attitude.

I completed my coding sample and snapshot survey, followed by a telephonic interview.

The recruiter was very unprofessional and stopped answering my emails after the interview was scheduled.

Even after three weeks from the telephonic interview, there has been no communication.

I did not expect this from Google. Perhaps they do not care about the candidate and do not feel it is important to inform them about the results. This behavior was very unprofessional and rude.

Questions

The questions were really good.

The 90-minute coding sample had one problem based on dynamic programming and another on recursion.

The telephonic round was okay. The recruiter arrived 10 minutes late and jumped straight to the problem statement.
