Process
I applied online and was contacted by a recruiter. They asked me to fill out an online questionnaire as well as an online coding exam.
Upon completing these two tasks, I heard back very quickly that I would be moving onto the second step, which was a 45-minute technical phone interview with a Google employee on Google Docs.
Questions
I can't disclose what they are, but in the online exam, they asked two basic data structure questions. In the online phone interview, they asked more complex data structure questions.
