The nice thing about interviewing with Google is that you get exactly what they say you'll get. There are zero surprises there.

The process was as follows:

1. I was contacted by the recruiter and informed about the interview expectations. Then I had some time to think about how much time I needed to brush up on algorithmics.
2. Then was a phone interview with medium questions.
3. On-site, I had 3 coding interviews (increasing difficulty), a Googliness interview, and an Architecture interview.

How to prepare: Buy "Cracking the Code Interview" and do 2 examples from each chapter (including Medium and Hard chapters). For Googliness, Google about Googliness, but just show you are a reasonable person and team player.
