After confirming I was chosen as a candidate, the first meeting was with a group of HR representatives and a person with whom I would have worked. It was a pleasant interview, with no unnecessary or "jump" questions, and an emphasis on personal achievements and cultural fit.

Then there were assignments to prove the abilities needed to reach the inner circle.

Following that, it was a more technical interview, with questions about character, together with salary. They explained their offer and incentive programs, and agreed on a reasonable timeframe for feedback.
