Software Engineer Interview Experience - Zürich, Switzerland
Process
I was invited for a 20-minute screening call.
The schedule changed midway, from Thursday to Friday at the same hour, because Thursday was a bank holiday in Zurich and the interviewer had forgotten about it.
So far, that's totally fine.
But Friday came, and the interviewer did not show up. Now, that's not fine.
I would rather not have been selected for a screening call at all if it was to be mocked like this.
