Step 1: An introductory meeting with your recruiter. Step 2: A group coaching session. Step 3: The first real interview. Step 4: Being flown out to Zurich. Step 5: Four on-site interviews. Step 6: Receiving good news and being forwarded to the different teams. Step 7 is yet to come, but I definitely expect to receive an offer.
