Process
After submitting my application, I heard back about arranging phone interviews within a week or two. I had two hour-long phone interviews back-to-back; I talked to the interviewing engineer on the phone while writing my code into a Google Doc.
Within a couple of weeks, I heard back with an offer. They were willing to extend my response time for a few weeks while I waited to hear back from another internship's return offer.
