Pros: Has the best employee environment and gives the best facilities to them. A family-like atmosphere inside the company without bounds makes you enjoy your work.
Cons: It actually has none, as far as I could find. You name anything, and Google had already thought of it and worked upon it.

Awesome place and more challenging than most would suggest
Software Engineering Intern • Current Employee

Pros: Amazing people to work with; all have loads of experience and engineering ability.
Lots of opportunities to learn anything and explore any subject area.
The best tooling available on Earth, with their custom tools and integrations, and the ability to look into the history of the mistakes made and the fixes created over two decades of amazing engineering.
And yeah, free food once CoViD is over.
Cons: Maybe too many proprietary tools make it hard to transfer skills to a new company. Pay is lesser at the start than some HFTs or a few other startups, but it seems to be better in the long run.
