I applied through a link given to me by a recruiter for my university.
There were three interview rounds, all technical.
The first interview went well, but the second did not. Since the two reviewers disagreed, I was scheduled for a third interview to "break the tie".
Questions
LC-easy and medium problems focusing only on data structures and algorithms concepts.
Includes:
- One FizzBuzz-like problem.
- One problem to implement a grep-like program.
- One problem similar to Towers of Hanoi with a twist.

Pros: 1. Great tech stack.
2. Since Day 1, you can feel lots of engineers have helped build a streamlined tech culture and environment there.
3. Truly care about employees' well-being - excellent health benefits, gyms, and facilities, especially in the Google Cloud HQ in Sunnyvale, CA.
4. Care for readability of code.
5. Good work-life balance.
6. Global offices - nice offices in the Bay Area, NYC, and Cambridge, MA.
7. Met lots of people from various backgrounds - Great diversity and inclusion.
Cons: 1. Code review processes can be long.
2. To make an impact, one may need to be selective about teams and projects.
3. Due to the long code review process and incremental code changes, it could be hard to submit complete code for a project in a short period of time.
