Great benefits, work is fine

Pros: - Intern program is huge, and a lot of the interns are actually human and interesting.
- Great pay + housing stipend.
Cons: Whether you enjoy the work is very dependent on the project/host you get paired up with. I know very smart people who didn't get return offers simply because their hosts were hard to work with.
