I got through the initial phone screen and the first interview, but was rejected right after. However, I have to say, Google has probably one of the best interview processes I have ever come across. The recruiters are very responsive and informative about what is to be expected in the interview. They also allowed me to ask for feedback on why I was not selected and how I could improve my application for next time, instead of sending out one of those noreply emails.
I appreciate that about a company. And obviously, it's Google, so it sets the standard for all tech companies.
