Process

I had one recruiter call, followed by a technical interview over the phone. The interviewer was very nice and guided me through answering the questions; he seemed pleased with my responses in the end.

Next, there was a short recruiter call with another HR person, followed by the on-site interview.

The on-site consisted of five 1:1s, each about 30 minutes long, with a lunch break.

The questions during the on-site were easier than those in the phone interview, with a lot of coding.

However, I feel I didn't perform as well as I could have. While I initially thought I had the right answers for some questions, I later realized my responses weren't very strong.
