Process
I applied online with a referral and received the first message from HR only after a month. HR then scheduled me for two interviews in a row, with only a 15-minute break between them.
I solved all the problems, which included two on algorithms and data structures, but it took me a long time to solve the first one. Perhaps that's why I wasn't moved to the host matching stage and received a refusal (again, after about a month of waiting for HR's response).
