Process
The interview process consisted of one online challenge and two phone interviews. The first phone interview involved two 45-minute sessions, while the second consisted of only one 45-minute session. The process was smooth and quick, with a maximum of three to four weeks between each interview. They stated the online challenge was not graded, which I doubt. The first interviewer was very helpful and guided the discussion, but the second interviewer did not ask any questions during the interview.
