Two 45-minute technical interviews with a full-time engineer.
The first interviewer did not show up, creating a chaotic situation as I tried to contact my recruiter to determine how to proceed.
I was offered a third interview, likely because the review committee was undecided.
During my third interview, the interviewer appeared distracted, frequently looking at a different tab or their phone.
