* The benefits are great (in Zurich).
Cons: It's Google:
* The company is big, so there is bureaucracy.
* Things may move slowly.
* It may be difficult to find an interesting project to work on after a while, especially in satellite offices.

Cons: Google values are gone. This has become a giant money-making machine, which still attracts interesting people, but for how long?
Bureaucracy and politics are growing strong, like in any big corp. Many people think about their career first, innovation second (if at all).
It's hard to feel productive and useful.
