If you're looking to do purposeful work while continuing to grow professionally, Google is an incredible place to be.

Cons: If I had to name one drawback, it would be that navigating such a large organization can sometimes be challenging. It takes effort to align cross-functionally and ensure your work is visible in such a big ecosystem. That said, once you learn how to navigate it, the opportunities are endless.
