Two technical interviews, each 45 minutes long, focused purely on Data Structures and Algorithms. The interviewers are friendly and helpful.

Pros: Great perks. The office is a nice place to work. The people are mostly friendly.

Cons: The London office was often very empty and quiet, making it a bit eerie to work in. Tended to get trapped working on the same things for every project; once they've got you in a hole, you stay there.
