Pros: Free food. Seems simple, but it really is a big deal.
Solid pay for Europe.
Being surrounded by absolute professionals.
A lot of opportunities to learn, connect with others, and potentially land a full-time job.
For those living outside of Germany, Google offers a relocation bonus that helped the move a lot. They also connect you with a company that assists in the relocation.
Munich isn't wildly expensive.
Cons: Munich is a bit of a pain in the butt to live in, due to it being very much a seller's market for landlords.
