Pros: Incredibly smart colleagues and great mentors. Access to amazing food and campus amenities. Worked on challenging, real-world projects. Excellent coding standards and review process. Great learning opportunities and technical growth.

Cons: Navigating the large, complex codebase was difficult. Work-life balance was challenging during project deadlines. It felt overwhelming at times due to high expectations. Bureaucracy and "horizontal bloat" slowed things down. The project scope felt a bit isolated.
