I applied online. The process took four months.
There were two 45-minute technical interviews back-to-back. Each one had two LeetCode-style problems solved on Google Docs and one generic question like, "Why Google?" If you passed the technical interviews, you got to the team-matching interviews, in which you interviewed with potential managers to see if you were a good match for their team and product.
