Process
First, I did my online assessment. Then, there were two back-to-back technical interviews. I didn't do well in those. After waiting for a week, HR told me I could have an additional interview to check my ability. After that, HR informed me I passed the technical interviews and would proceed to team matching. The whole process took me two months, and I'm still waiting for my team match result.
