Short phone interviews for fitness.
They provided coaching before the onsite interview for what to expect: a full hour with a current employee that was not "graded."
Five onsite interviews back-to-back with a lunch break.
Questions
The interview process consisted of five 45-minute sessions:
- Two interviews focused on management.
- One interview assessed coding skills.
- Two interviews evaluated system design.
The questions themselves were not difficult, but the expectation for detailed answers was high. Specifically, the interviewers anticipated a significant level of depth in my responses.
