Products are saturated. It's difficult to bring around change in processes. Re-orgs are the worst. Frequent change of leadership. Training/on-boarding programs are not very structured.
Please stop hiring from MuSigma and ZS. Folks from these companies are used to slog and set unrealistic expectations for the rest. This spoils the culture greatly.
