Things are OK.
Small though.
Really small organization - not much opportunity.
I interviewed with Google on February 28th. It was scheduled as a five-round virtual onsite interview, done in one day. I enjoyed it, and it was a very positive interview experience.
Had two on-campus interviews and one follow-up phone interview used as "another data point." On-campus interviews went okay. I was able to do the problems, but it took me a little longer than I should have needed. The follow-up interview went well
The interview takes place in a room with an employee from Google. He/She asks questions and waits for answers. Several weeks after the interview, a message is sent to confirm or deny the continuation of the selection process.
