The interview process that these guys use could be called "Giggle". They run candidates through stock Computer Science questions and have them perform mock algorithms on the board, asking repeatedly if they can be made faster. They aren't interested

— Drop in résumé (preferably at a live event, or it will never get read) — Two coding interview calls with engineers back-to-back, then reject or move on — “Project Search” phase where they put your resume in an internal database, and after 6-8 weeks

Took nearly 3 months. The process included an online coding test, a phone screen, and onsite interviews. Felt like a waste of time. I would not recommend applying unless you're a real beast at CS (i.e., 3.7-4.0 GPA and internships at Big 4 companies
