You submit a series of essays to be accepted into the program. The prompts are extremely similar to something you would find in the Common App. The essays, if I remember correctly, have a word limit of 500 words.

Reached by a recruiter. She was nice and provided me with a detailed list of prep material. The technical interview did not go well. The interviewer had a strong accent, and we didn't understand each other half of the time. The first question was

A very nice interview. Chill interviewer. Nice platform. Coded in a Google Docs-like environment, but had an IDE. They told me that I didn't have to wear formal. Online.
